
Francois Naaman has extensive experience as a traffic engineer, field operations manager, and construction coordinator. He has managed numerous and large data collection and computer processing efforts throughout the northeastern United States, including automatic traffic recorders, turning movements, vehicle occupancy and classification, speed and delay, and origin-destination surveys. He has performed traffic capacity and safety analysis. Many satisfied clients include State, City, and County Department of Transportations; A/E consultants; and private developers. Francois is thoroughly knowledgeable in video, ATR and manual data collection techniques, and specializes in the mobilization and management of large teams of survey and data collection personnel.
